Plas-Tech Coatings, Inc. is recognized as a leader in the application of Teflon®, Xylan®, Halar® and other high performance fluoropolymer coatings. Plas-Tech has been recommending and applying various fluoropolymer coatings since 1978.

Fluoropolymer coatings can be applied to most metals including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper alloys, etc. There are even custom designed coatings for rubber o-rings and gaskets. In most cases parts are degreased and grit blasted to prepare them for coating. Coatings are then applied with either conventional spray guns, electrostatic powder equipment or dip-spin techniques. The coated parts are then cured in carefully monitored custom ovens.
