Piezosystem Series P/S13 Hermetically Insulated Stack Type Actuators

The piezo actuators of the series P/S13 have a hermetically sealed housing. The special housing allows for use in aggressive and humid environments. The construction of the housing tightly encloses the stack, thereby avoiding mechanical play.

The actuators are not pre-loaded. They can handle a load up to 1000 N.

The M3-thread in the bottom plate allows for easy adaptation in existing systems and guaranties an exact positioning.

Depending on the type, actuators with a stroke of 8µm up to 70µm are available. The operating voltage is -10V...+150V.
