Piezosystem High Power - Stack Type Piezo Actuators

Piezosystem jena offers beside the long lasting approved low volt piezo elements also high power actuators. This series provides a travel of up to 260 microns.The big advantage of these actuators is the high load which can be handled. The resonant frequency of up to 60 kHz and extreme high accelerations of >100.000 m/sec² allows the use in many applications that need an outstanding dynamic.

Due to the temperature range for the operation of -60°C till +120°C the systems also work reliably at extreme temperatures.As an option we can also deliver the systems in a low temperature and a vacuum design.

For positioning tasks which require highest accuracy an equipment of the actuator with a measurement system (strain gauge) is possible.
