Pennex Aluminum Company

Pennex Aluminum Company, a division of the Metal Exchange Corporation, operates an aluminum extrusion plant located in south central Pennsylvania.Utilizing a 1675 ton seven inch press, and a 2500 ton eight inch press, it services the commercial and residential building products, transportation, distribution, and consumer durable markets.

In order to be a low cost producer, Pennex has an on-site billet casting facility with fully equipped laboratory to be sure it can control every facet of its cost from raw material through finished product.

A full range of standard solids and hollows are available in most 6XXX series alloys in addition the assistance offered in designing and engineering custom profiles.

Pennex also operates a separate fabrication facility which offers services such as cutting, drilling, punching, machining, assemblies, and complete finished products.
