Parallax Technology manufactures and markets dc-excited, sealed carbon dioxide lasers from 20 to 200 Watts for use in industrial and medical applications. Industrial users are the manufacturers of CO2 laser based Material Processing Systems such as systems for cutting, marking, engraving and perforating non-metallic material. OEM medical users are system manufacturers using carbon dioxide lasers for general surgical, OB/GYN, ENT and skin resurfacing.

The company also provides expert re-gas and repair of all dc excited CO2 gas laser tubes made by all US and foreign manufacturers such as Laserscope and Sharplan Lumenis. We design and manufacture industrial laser tubes in OEM quantities, design and manufacture replacement medical laser tubes for medical laser systems such as Surgilase, PLC, Optomedic, Lasersonic, SSI etc. and design and manufacture scientific lasers such as polarized beam with Brewster windows and turn-key table top lab lasers and also gain-cells for special applications.
