OptoGration Inc.

OptoGration exploits the non-local behavior of impact ionization to provide low noise APDs sensitive to wavelengths ranging from less than 900 nm to 1700 nm. These APDs are available as discrete die with active apertures from 20 to 350 μm, as well as, highly uniform custom arrays with pixel pitches of as low as 10 μm.

OptoGration offers a variety of custom InGaAs based photodiode arrays in quadrant, linear and 2-D formats, and develops InGaAs/InP broadband photodiodes and arrays with quantum efficiencies greater than 70% for the entire wavelength range between 400 nm and 1650 nm.
