Omega Plastics was acquired by two experienced British Engineers, Dave Crone and Chris Thompson. Collectively, both stakeholders have a goal to make Omega Plastics the most advanced, and technically competent rapid tooling and low volume plastic injection moulding company in the world.

Using a unique ‘one-man one-mould’ approach: our experienced engineers can help take your product from concept and design through development, tooling, moulding and assembly. Our ‘master mould-makers’ will personally handle your project through design rationalisation; rapid prototyping, CADCAM, CNC, EDM, fitting, finishing and proofing. All tooling and moulded products manufactured by Omega is 100% customer owned.

As we operate across a range of sectors from FMCG to medical devices, we use only the best technology & machinery with the additions of all electric injection moulding machines inside a class 8 cleanroom facility. Across two 10,000sqf facilities we offer a number of assembly areas including FDA approval for food contact products.
