Novo is an innovative gold explorer with a significant land package covering approximately 7,000 km²in the Pilbara region of Western Australia and the Bendigo region of Victoria, Australia.

In June 2023, following successful exploration results at the Becher Project in the Pilbara, Novo entered into an agreement with De Grey Mining Limited (ASX: DEG) for the advancement of exploration at the Becher Project and surrounding tenements, located in the Company’s Egina Gold Camp. De Grey may spend up to A$25 million within four years to earn a 50% interest in the relevant tenements, following which the 50/50 Egina Joint Venture will be formed.

In addition to its existing high-quality gold assets and the Egina JV, the Company continues to pursue value accretive exploration and near-term opportunities as it seeks to grow long-term shareholder value using the knowledge of its globally experienced exploration team.
