North Safety Products is committed to transformation in the PPE industry. We have converted James North (Pty) Limited into a 51% black owned company as per the BEE Codes of Good Practice, and as part of our Enterprise and Supplier Development Initiative.

By creating two Employee Share Ownership Participation Schemes (ESOPS), we have incentivized both our black and white employees in James North, and are proud to announce a Level 1 BBBEE Rating.
