The Company has an agreement to earn 100% interest in both an exciting under-explored Gold district and in a Rare Earth Elements project in western Finland (Seinäjoki Gold Project & Kaatiala Project).

Nortec has a 51% interest in the TL Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Property in Labrador, Canada. The Company also has an option to acquire a 51% interest in the Ganarin Gold-Silver Property in Ecuador.
