Since 2010, Nexera Energy has pursued oil opportunities in South Texas and now owns interests in over 540 wells operated by the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary Production Resources Inc. (PRI). Management’s extensive knowledge of South Texas geology has enabled the Company to identify these high-yielding opportunities and acquire a significant land position for future growth. With a stable production base now established, the Company is moving forward with the next era of growth with a focus on drilling higher impact horizontal and vertical wells primarily in the Austin Chalk formation.
