The NewView^™ 9000 3D optical surface profiler offers exceptional non-contact optical surface profiling capabilities. All NewView 9000 profilers include a triple-zoom turret that may be loaded with discrete zoom optics designed specifically for the system. The configurations of sample staging range from entirely manual to highly automated with encoded travel.

Flexible Configurations

NewView 9000 Stage and Work Area: The NewView 9000 profiler has an open work area with clear lines of sight to make measurement settings and changeovers quick and straightforward. Systems can be equipped with a number of sample staging options, ranging from entirely manual X/Y and tilt stages to completely automated stages with 150 mm of travel and 4º of tilt.

Thanks to the integrated isolation system and the overall compact size, it is well suited for benchtop installations; the optional stand and workstation make it an ideal production-style system.
