National Pump & Energy (NPE) has been born from a merge of National Pump Services (NPS) and Resource Equipment Limited (REL).

NPE has over 25 years of combined company experience, and over 100 years management team experience in providing equipment, specialist services and support in open cut mines, coal mines, metalliferous mines and process plants, with the addition of international expertise and contacts.

From its foundations as NPS (formerly Campbell Mining Services), the company focussed on providing turnkey solutions (products + people + expertise) to Australia’s mining industry. NPS took this core service and expanded it to include Australia’s construction industry, including civil and general, heavy industry, utilities and government organisations.

REL specialised in the supply of complete pumping and dewatering systems, power generation, air compressors and associated equipment to the mining, oil and gas, heavy engineering and infrastructure industries.

REL built its reputation on being a professional, dependable, solutions driven provider of quality equipment and services. Their key point of difference was that they took full responsibility for providing an entire solution, from concept through to commissioning, simplifying complex matters into one managed process.
