NanoScope is an independent, European, microscopy consultancy, offering commercial laboratory services for nanotechnology research and analysis.

We specialise in focused ion beam (FIB) applications for the nanofabrication of novel devices for experimental physicists. We also analyse nano-structures in 3 dimensions and (by FIB X TEM sample analysis) high resolution imaging.

We are your on-team experts for Nano-Surgery of new chip designs, Nano-Analysis for Failure, Structure, Electrical or Materials problems, and advanced Microscopy of all types.
