NanoImages, LLC is the proud North American distributor (US and Canada) for the family of Tabletop Scanning Electron Microscopes from SEC Co., Ltd. (Suwon, South Korea). As a full-service company, we also carry elemental analysis (Bruker and EDAX), image analysis (MIPAR), and a wide range of related SEM sample preparation and accessories.

Although a new name in the North American market, SEC boasts over a quarter of a century of experience manufacturing electron beam technology for the global market. Since the introduction of their first tabletop SEMs in 2006, they have installed 500 systems worldwide.

SEC’s tabletop SEMs are “real” scanning electron microscopes. These instruments don’t compromise capability for a lower price. Rather, they offer both the novice and the advanced user much of the functionality (ex: a wide range of accelerating voltages, full elemental analysis, and 5-axis sample positioning) typically only found in higher priced, full-sized systems. Their compact, robust form and intuitive user interface make them economical and easy-to-use with a small footprint and low service requirements. Now, even a new SEM user can obtain high-quality data with minimal training.
