NanoImages, LLC is the proud North American distributor (US and Canada) for the family of Tabletop Scanning Electron Microscopes from SEC Co., Ltd. (Suwon, South Korea). As a full-service company, we also carry elemental analysis (Bruker and EDAX), image analysis (MIPAR), and a wide range of related SEM sample preparation and accessories.

Although a new name in the North American market, SEC boasts over a quarter of a century of experience manufacturing electron beam technology for the global market. Since the introduction of their first tabletop SEMs in 2006, they have installed 500 systems world-wide.

SEC’s tabletop SEMs are “real” scanning electron microscopes. These instruments don’t compromise capability for lower price. Rather, they offer both the novice and the advanced user much of the functionality (ex: a wide range of accelerating voltages, full elemental analysis, and 5-axis sample positioning) typically only found in higher priced, full-sized systems. Their compact, robust form and intuitive user interface make them economical and easy-to-use with a small footprint and low service requirements. Now, even a new SEM user can obtain high-quality data with minimal training.
