MultiPoints^© Application for the LabSpec6 Software Suite from HORIBAis developed as a workflow mode for automatic Raman spectra acquisition at several positions on the sample.

Features

The MultiPoints^© App enables users to create their recipes by choosing various points at any location on a given sample. Every position can be saved in X, Y, and Z dimensions.

After positioning the sample, users can reload and launch an acquisition list whenever they want.

Points of interest can be restored even out of the objective field

Completely compatible with Autofocus option as Z coordinates can also be saved

Fully compatible with “Absolute Coordinates” for labeling points and regions for repetitive patterns (for example, large wafers)
