Our PicoVision (PV Series) of Tabletop SEMs offer exceptional resolution in a compact package. Featuring a 5-axis stage and reliable tungsten electron source, the PE series is the ideal solution when lab space is at a premium.

Our PicoEye (PE) series of floor-model SEMS feature both a tungsten SEM (PE-100), and a Schottky Field Emission SEM (PE-300). Also featuring 5-axis stages, these instruments were developed to accommodate larger samples, and offer outstanding performance for smaller research teams, educational institutions, and startups that previously couldn't access high-end SEM technology.
