Mobile Incinerator with High Efficiency - Waste Management

The new series of mobile incinerators from INCINER8 have widespread applications in waste management. These incinerators are used in farms, camps and shared facilities, and also help in controlling diseases in remote areas.

The natural secondary burn characteristics of the primary chamber are considered to be one of the unique features of this range. This model is custom designed in a manner ensuring that extra air is drawn into the main chamber helping primary combustion to guarantee efficient disposal of carcasses or waste at minimum cost. These new incinerators are the highest standards for waste disposal, and benefit from being majorly durable for a prolonged working life.

The incinerators are available with options for larger generator sets and fuel tanks. The control panel is set up for effortless usage and is capable of automatically shutting off when the required incineration time is completed.

Trailer Mounted

The trailer is rated to carry up to 2700 kg, hence there is abundance of extra space to carry additional items of equipment including fuel, generator sets and any other equipment.

The trailer is equipped with fixed headboard and sides along with options such as a drop tailboard or a loading ramp (as shown opposite). Panels, framework and chassis are galvanized for maximum durability. The platform is made up of hard wearing resin-coated high density plywood. Commercial rated tires have been used because of their strength and high carrying capacity.

These trailers have been built in a manner that helps them to withstand the rigorous construction industry. The beam axle system is unequaled for durability and strength, and features powerful auto-reverse brakes and unitized, sealed wheel bearings.

The parabolic taper relief spring suspension has established itself to be the best in the business and helps to offer stable, secure towing characteristics and longevity. These trailers also have other options such as aluminum tread plate flooring, weld mesh side extensions, prop stands and fixing rings.

On-Skid Mounted

On-skid, platform type installation is available for larger models. The design of the platform allows it to house the incinerator and related equipment, including generator and fuel tanks.

Full mobility of this solution is guaranteed by lifting points that have been specially designed. Operating on a truck trailer without unloading it is also possible. Minimum transport preparation time is assured by the availability of a hinged chimney option.
