minispec Sample Automation System

The minispec mq and mq-one Series is an innovative, easy-to-use and cost-effective system that brings sample automation to routine minispec applications, such as complex Solid Fat Content (SFC) analysis.

Quick sample exchange times improve reliability and maximize throughput in minispec measurements, significantly boosting the productivity of the minispec series.

theminispec​ Sample Automation system is offered as a packaged system with a new minispec spectrometer, or as a standalone accessory to current minispec systems from the mq and mq-one Series.

Sample Automation Set-up

TÜV approved and conform to American, Canadian and European regulations (with and without safety housing)

An x-y-z sample changer mounted on a strong platform that holds minispec, racks, tempering devices (optional, depending on application)

Optional (but recommended) safety housing with sliding doors and locks. In addition, this option includes an emergency stop button.

Quick and Convenient Sample Insertion

Special versions of trays customized for the SFC application

Detection sensors on input and output racks clearly display tray status (software supported)

The software can control the two trays as separate or combined input/output blocks

Tempering Options/Further Assemblies

SFC tempering blocks: ±0.1 °C precision

Maximum temperature ranging from 0 to 100 °C

Peltier Technology-based heating and cooling devices

Heating only devices available

Tempering devices are also offered without sample changer

Handles with up to 6 measurement temperatures (optional)
