Minatec

Minatec® was launched at the instigation of the CEA and the Institut Polytechnique de Grenoble (INPG), bringing together 4,000 people at Grenoble's scientific research centre. The site is already home to Leti, Europe's top centre for applied research in microelectronics and microtechnology, and its considerable resources.

The various new buildings will be completed between now and 2006. In 2001, 6,000 sq m of temporary structures were installed to accommodate the first laboratories, startups, European networks and researchers attracted by the Minatec® dynamic.
