The dual-resolution microArch D1025 prints in either 10 µm or 25 µm resolution or in hybrid mode with both resolutions in the same print layer or in separate layers. It is powered by PµSL and built on BMF's unique hybrid resolution technology.

Automatic calibration system: Quickly calibrate the level of the platform, membrane, and roller automatically, decreasing printer turnover time.
Automatic printing parameters:Print settings for roller frequency and resin leveling delay times are set automatically according to the printing area and material viscosity when using automatic mode. Full manual control is still an optionif desired.
Automatic resin adjustment: Accurately andautomaticallyadjust the amount of resin (viscosity<5DOcPs) in a vat to obtain the desired resin level.
10 µm and 25 µm automatic switching:Intelligently identify the fine features of complex structures and enable automatic precision switching within and between layers, ensuring accurate production of every single detail.
Improved DLP projection: Two different resolutions are available with larger projection zones, which results in faster print times, all while producing high-precision parts.
Magnetic platform:An easy-to-remove/install printing platform for quicker production turnaround time.
Side-shifting membrane: There is no need to remove or reinstall the membrane between builds, which increases uptime.

PµSL Technology
The microArch D1025 is based on BMF’s breakthrough projection micro stereolithography (PµSL) technology, which enables fast photopolymerization of a layer of liquid polymer utilizing a flash of UV light at micro-scale resolution.
