The Instron series of CEAST Rheology systems are designed for measuring the rheological properties of thermoplastics in order to characterize the polymer melt flow behavior in the process conditions. This is realized through a wide range of rheology systems - from Melt Flow Testers to Capillary Rheometers.
Capillary Rheometers
These benchtop capillary rheometers are ideal for both research and development laboratories and quality control. Their two-column main frame structure ensures highest performance. With a velocity ratio of 1:500,000 matching to a piston speed of 0.0024 to 1200 mm/minute, they perform tests with limitless steps at constant speed or constant shear rate. They adhere to ISO, ASTM, and equivalent standards.
Melt Flow Testers
