M E G Products has introduced the 32mm LINE BORING GUIDE for use with a plunge router. This method makes use of the controlled vertical motion of the plunge router and the high speed of its cutter to bore perfectly aligned and tear out free system/shelf pin holes in melamine, plastic laminate, veneer and solids.

The tool has been designed so that a typical wall or base unit can be machined in one setting. The inset of the holes may be set at 37mm or varied as required. A template guide fixed to the base positions the router for the boring operation.
