The MDR one Moving Die Rheometer (MDR) is an accurate, reliable and easy-to-operate rotorless curemeter suitable for routine and standards-driven testing of rubber curing. The MDR one is configured for measuring curing profiles of rubber compounds under non-isothermal and isothermal test conditions at constant frequency and strain.
The MDR one makes use of sealed biconical dies meeting all relevant ISO, DIN and ASTM standards. The unique design comprises of an ultra-rigid test frame, precision temperature control with optional cooling, available autosampler, direct drive motor and intuitive scarabaeus control and analysis software making it the perfect platform for R&D or QC environments.
Features
User calibration and user replaceable seals
Unparalleled data precision, reproducibility and accuracy
Extremely rigid test frame for accurate compliance free data
Available autosampler for simple unattended operation
Pneumatic locking cylinders for repeatable sample sealing
Intuitive and powerful scarabaeus software available in multiple languages and compatible with other manufacturers’ instruments
Robust, field established torque transducer for reliable torque measurements and high stability
