MaxMile Technologies, LLC provides products and services in areas of electrical, optical and structural characterization for semiconductor materials and devices. All products and services are based on technologies developed under the concept of nondestructive test or evaluation (NDT or NDE) and corresponding characterizations are nondestructive in nature; which would allow samples to be inspected or measured without damages. Since the characterizations do not interfere with the final use of samples, these technologies provide an excellent balance between quality control and cost-effectiveness.

MaxMile does not compromise the powerfulness of its products with the concept of NDT or NDE. Most characterizations are performed in terms of finished device performances at the stage of material development. With such capability and nondestructive nature, MaxMile's products and services can be widely used in different phases of semiconductor material and device development, from research to manufacturing.
