This advanced spectrometer is generally utilized in QC/QA and research and development labs.

The MB3000-CH90 is a versatile and flexible tool for laboratories. It is integrated with a heated gas cell that can be effortlessly substituted with other sampling accessories.

This gas cell can be adjusted for short or long pathlength applications. The Horizon software in the gas analyzer allows the use of personalized or commercial spectral libraries for unknown gas detection.

ABB‘s unique specifications and tight manufacturing tolerances for analyzer-to-analyzer matching, allow laboratory development of calibrations that are customarily transferred to ABB process instruments.

The MB3000-CH90 is also compact and modular, and is integrated with a patented 24-bit sampling algorithm for improved dynamic range. The eternally aligned optics along with a Jacquinot stop in the interferometer output beam provides a stable and precise line shape, with excellent resolution and wavelength stability.

As a result, the MB3000-CH90 gas analyzer delivers excellent spectroscopic performance, allowing ppb level gas analysis with a regular DTGS detector. A hot-swappable liquid nitrogen-cooled MCT detector (optional) can also be fitted in the gas analyzer for applications, where higher measurement speed or sensitivity is required.
