Magnetostrictive Level Transmitters for Petrochemical Applications

The exceptional design enables an increase in level sensing resolution, which is over 100 times greater than a traditional reed switch-type device. The versatility of the magnetostrictive level transmitter facilitates direct in-tank installation (LMT100) or external mounting (LMT200) to a magnetic level gauge. HART and FOUNDATION Fieldbus options render ABB’s magnetostrictive level transmitters simple to connect digitally to a majority of the control systems.
