In demanding outdoor imaging applications, having the capacity to take clear images in different lighting conditions is vital. The 7.1 megapixel Sony® Pregius™ IMX428 offers an increased dynamic range to the Lt-C/M3200B camera and is capable of large full well capacity. This, along with larger pixel sizes, also enables larger levels of detail in low-light settings.

About Sony Pregius Gen 3 Global Shutter CMOS Camera Technology
Sony Pregius Gen 3 sensors offer a new level of dynamic range to the Teledyne Lumenera Lt Series Board Level Cameras. Designed with larger pixel sizes and capable of large full well capacities, the Sony Pregius Gen 3 sensors are able to capture a greater amount of detail under low light conditions.
Applications in outdoor imaging or with fluctuating brightness levels can take advantage of the High Conversion Gain feature.This unique feature enables cameras to achieve clear images by capturing more light without introducing high levels of noise.
