Lt-C/M1950: For Factory Automation
The Teledyne Lumenera Lt-C/M1950 camera can capture video at up to 162 frames per second. This is crucial in applications like factory automation where, for instance, the speed of a conveyor belt and the camera frame rate are directly related.
The high frame rate enables an assembly line to speed up the rate at which products are being inspected using a faster camera. This can be seen, for instance, in flat panel inspection, where the inspection speed can be increased by taking more images with the Lt-C/M1950’s fast frame rate, increasing the potential output.
