Lovis 2000 M/ME: Cutting-Edge Rolling-Ball Viscometer

Anton Paar’s Lovis 2000 M/ME rolling-ball viscometer can be used to measure a ball’s rolling time through transparent and opaque liquids. This is carried out according to Hoeppler's falling ball principle.

The Lovis 2000 M/ME is routinely used in R&D applications throughout the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. It is mainly used for measuring the viscosity of low-viscous liquids.

This instrument can yield useful measurement data such as a polymer's molar mass, dynamic viscosity, and intrinsic viscosity.
