Long Hole Drilling Rig Simba M4 C-ITH from Atlas Copco
This long-hole drilling rig Simba M4 C-ITH is used for small- to medium-sized drifts in the 98 to 178 mm hole range. The rig can ring drill parallel holes with 1.5 m spacing in the side walls and up to 3 m spacing downward and upward. It is designed so as to accommodate in-the-hole (ITH), high performance, hammers using large hole diameters and the Atlas Copco rig control system offering a high-accuracy, sustainable solution for long-hole drilling.

The Simba M4 C ITH has the following features:
A high-efficiency hammer and a high torque rotation motor for straight and long holes.
Rod carousel for 35 + 1 pipes or 27 + 1 pipes for mechanized drilling up to 51 m.
The control of the Simba M4 C-ITH is done using the computerized, reliable rig control system that ensures productivity, precision and ergonomic relief for the operator
