Laser Vibrometer: VibroGo

The VibroGo^® from Polytec is a battery-powered vibrometer, truly portable and suitable for field studies with faster and easier condition monitoring of machines and facilities on the run. Noise and vibrations are detected by the portable sensors and the values are directly displayed in the time and frequency domain.

The system also enables on-board analysis in the field, whilst enveloping a broad frequency, ranging up to 320 kHz. The exceptional resolution accompanied by high linearity across the entire frequency range offers a simple and accurate analysis tool.

The VibroGo^® can be employed for an enhanced understanding of the dynamics and acoustics in nature and technology for product development, researchand quality assurance.

On-Board Data Recording and Monitoring

Connectivity may become challenging at any place and time. The system enables measurement on the run and records vibration measurement data for several hours, simultaneously checking and verifying the signals and finetuning the settings instantly.

The completely self-sufficient operation ensures the delivery of valuable data for further processing and sharing

Measuring Acoustics and Dynamics on the Go

The VibroGo is an ideal system with portability, multi-purposeand non-contact vibration sensor characteristics. The lightweight tripod can be used for quick setup. Mobile power supply facilitates independent operation for 3 hours.

The system enables a safe measurement of machinery vibration at difficult-to-access or hazardous regions due to high voltage, temperatureor radiation from a sufficient distance. Ethernet and wireless connectivity options enable measurement and remote control from anywhere, for comfortable sensor configuration including data transfer.
