Label Academy

The Label Academy is a global training program for the label and package printing industry. The Label Academy concept was pioneered by industry expert Mike Fairley, who founded Labels & Labeling magazine. This was in response to a reduction in the number of dedicated printing colleges and the need to standardize training across the world.

The label industry also has its own specific training needs – it has some of the widest range of materials, printing processes and finishing solutions of any printing sector. We are working with other training experts and authors to ensure that the Label Academy provides up-to-date and relevant training material for the industry.

The Label Academy is part of Tarsus Group - the international media group with interests in exhibitions, conferences, publishing and online media including Labelexpo Global Series and Brand Print Global Series. It is endorsed by FINAT, TLMI, LMAI, Turkish Label Association, BPIF; and sponsored by Avery Dennison, Cerm, Durst, Gallus, MPS and UPM Raflatac.
