L-731/V-731 Planar XY-Precision Linear Stages for Industrial Automation from PI

The V-731/V-741/V-738 family of planar XY Stages was developed for precision industrial automation and inspection applications. Three travel ranges are available namely 102 x 102mm (4”), 205 x 205 mm (8”) und 305 x 305 mm (12”).

The XY stage family is available with direct drive linear motors (V-731/V-741/V-738) and ball screw drive (L-731/L-741/L-738) with cross roller guides and cage anti-creep system. on a rigid aluminium-alloy body and two optical limit switches on each axis. Optionally MCS stages can be motorized with DC, 2-phase stepper or linear motor. For increased positioning accuracy and repeatability the MCS stage can be optionally equipped with linear scales.
