L-511 Motorized Precision Linear Positioner from PI

The L-511 family of precision linear stages provides higher load capacity compared to the more compact L-509 family. Linear stages of the L-511 series are particularly suited for metrology and industrial laser related applications. Linear guides with re-circulating linear ball bearings guarantee very high guiding stiffness.

L-511 is driven by a re-circulating ball screw with 2 mm pitch, the L-511 can be mounted in any orientation.

The linear stage L-511 can be supplied with a linear scale for challenging positioning tasks. The L-511 comes equipped with a DC or a 2-phase stepper motor. Several encoder options are available
