KF Ti-Touch Titrators: Routine Water Determination on a Small Space

The KF Ti-Touch titrators from Metrohm are a compact systems that enable routine water analysis within a small space. The user-friendly systems have a range of features, such as shortcuts for favorite methods, color touch screen, KF icons representing the status of the instrument, and so on to help users perform their tasks comfortably.

The KF Ti-Touch is offered as a coulometric system to determine water concentrations down to 0.001%, and as a volumetric system for water contents of more than 0.1%.

Available Options

New917 Coulometer – Similar to the volumetric system, the 917 Coulometer features an integrated touch-screen control unit for operation, and can analyze water contents down to 0.001%. The titrator provides easier operation, by automatically starting the determination once the sample is added.

Small in size, big in performance – KF Ti-Touch titrators occupy very little bench space because of the touch control unit, stirrer, and buret are integrated in one case. The presence of a touch screen display further improves the convenience of the user, and the option of creating shortcuts helps users to initiate their favorite method with a click of a button. The presence of the KF icons on the screen will help users to know the status of conditioning and titration.

No PC? No problem – A PC is not required for KF Ti-Touch titrators, so users don't need to worry about network integration and data security. It is possible to create tamper-proof PDF reports on the instrument and save them on a SB stick or directly transfer to LIMS or intranet through Ethernet connection.

Safety First – Exposure to the KF reagent can be avoided with the KF Ti-Touch titrators, as they feature Dosino dosing devices. The reagent exchange can also be carried out easily using the Dosino and the built-in pump with a push of a button. The determination starts automatically using the the 917 Coulometer once the sample is applied. The 915 KF Ti-Touch variant features a safety-stop function to prevent the titration cell overflowing during conditioning, for instance, if moisture exists in the cell or if the electrode is not properly connected.
