iSorbHP High Pressure Volumetric Apparatus

Anton Paar's iSorb-HP volumetric sorption apparatus instruments enable automatic measurements of full desorption and adsorption isotherms over a broad range of temperatures and pressures.

The main features of the iSorb Series are:

The iSorb series is a family of four high-pressure sorption analyzers with one and two sample models each available with an upper-pressure limit of 100bar or 200bar, complete with built-in vacuum pumps and sample degassing capability.

Pressure transducers are featured in all models both on the sample cell and the dosing manifold for maximum sensitivity hence this model can analyze simultaneously two samples.

Measurements are specified in terms of dose amount or pressure, sample temperature, equilibrium criteria, and choice of the equation of state (EoS).

Analysis temperatures are achieved either by a recirculationbath (-20°C to 100°C, see below), cryocooler (15K-323K), or heating mantle (up to 500°C).

This product is a former Quantachrome product. On February 9, 2018, Anton Paar acquired Quantachrome. Under the umbrella of the Anton Paar Group, the company will continue operations in Boynton Beach. Quantachrome is the first manufacturing facility in North America run by Anton Paar and will also function as a US-based unit for research, development, and production within the Anton Paar Group.
