The IsoAir® Pro-Plus Remote Particle Counter employs cutting-edge technologies to streamline cleanroom monitoring, providing a straightforward yet potent solution that complies with global regulations.
This device’s data can seamlessly integrate with either Particle Measuring Systems’ FacilityPro® Monitoring System or Facility Net software. Furthermore, it offers the flexibility of third-party communication options, including Modbus TCP/IP and optional PMS TCP/IP protocols.
Housed within a rugged 316 L stainless steel enclosure, this instrument boasts liquid resistance and possesses IP65 and NEMA 4× ratings.
A quick-release mounting bracket conveniently stores crucial sensor data, such as the IP address at the measurement point. This reduces the time and complexity associated with unit installation after calibration or servicing.
The Isokinetic Sampling Probe (ISP) can be affixed directly to the inlet, extended from the particle sensor using rigid stainless steel tubing, or remotely positioned using flexible tubing in virtually any installation scenario.
The IsoAir Pro-Plus Remote Particle Counter is a hassle-free remote particle sensor that requires no intricate reprogramming. It comes equipped with its own blower, eliminating the need for an external vacuum, and operates with either 100 to 240 VAC or 24 VDC input power.
