intoPIX plays an active role in several international standardisation committees including JPEG, MPEG, SMPTE, VSF, VESA, ... Since 2015, we lead the JPEG-XS standardization and have made significant contribution in the creation of the new algorithm that is based on multiple inventions by intoPIX. Since 2005, the company also supports the OpenJPEG.org organisation, an opensource C/C++ implementation of JPEG 2000.
