Intelvac

Originally started in 1967 as Canadian Vacuum Equipment (CVE), Intelvac has been serving the Canadian high vacuum market with a variety of high vacuum components and systems. Space simulation chambers, custom sputtering and ebeam systems, leak detection systems, hydrogen sintering furnaces and nuclear fuel rod drying systems were some of the many products that had been supplied into the Canadian market.

1995 saw the merger of CVE with Process and Vacuum Technology, another Canadian company, which had been supplying equipment to the Canadian semiconductor and optical coating industry.

Intelvac¡¦s goal is to provide intelligent vacuum solutions and thin film coating systems.
