InPACT manufactures and sells InP single crystal wafers for use in telecommunications and microelectronics fields; for fiber optics network components including DWDM lasers, VCSELs, pump lasers, PIN and APD diodes, amplifiers; and for high speed electronics circuit using HBT, HEMT for fiber optics, wireless and space communication and automotive applications.

Dedicated exclusively to InP, InPACT provides high-performance substrates for a wide range of devices for both micro (HBT, HEMT) and optoelectronic (LED, LD, PIN, APD). Headquartered in the Alps of France with a production site at Moûtiers (near Grenoble), InPACT is the largest Western InP wafer producer.
