The Inframatic 9520 is the latest dedicated NIR instrument from PerkinElmer for analyzing semolina and flour. It is capable of providing results for ash, moisture, proteinand other key components within 30 seconds. The instrument generates quality data to help monitor and improve the milling degree.

User-friendly: The device has been designed to have a large touch screen with intuitive menus, making it easy for operation and result analysis. The user interface has been designed to process the result as soon and as safe as possible. The Perten designed loading station enables the cuvette to be easily packed before analysis while making the process operator-independent.
Remote instrument management: The Inframatic 9520 features easy remote management system powered by PerkinElmer cloud solution NetPlus. The instrument can be accessed from anywhere by logging in to the website. Thus, production managers can verify the milling process for targets and limits. It also facilitates quality managers to follow up on deliveries to confirm compliance with specifications.
