CARBOLITE GERO offers a wide range of industrial ovens suitable for batch processing. They are available with volumes up to more than 13,000 liters and with temperatures up to 750 °C, meeting the demands for various industrial applications.

The design is characterized by rugged construction and long-life materials, making the industrial oven range suitable for heavy duty applications. It is possible to build and supply each model with different options, including loading and handling mechanisms, over-temperature protection or improved temperature control systems.

The industrial ovens have typical applications such as baking, drying or curing components. Additionally, all of the industrial ovens offered by CARBOLITE GERO may be highly customized, and are thus capable of completely fulfilling the demanding requirements of several different industries.

For applications such as AMS 2750E heat treatment under Nadcap, CARBOLITE GERO’s high temperature industrial oven, general purpose industrial oven, and large general purpose industrial oven can all be adjusted at the order stage in order to include refined control systems and data recording.

CARBOLITE GERO’s rapid cooling industrial oven is ideal for annealing and tempering applications including, but not limited to, annealing thermo-luminescent dosimeters. This industrial oven is fitted with the 3508P1 programmable controller, which provides accurate control over the rate of temperature rise or fall and the period of time over which a specific temperature is held.
