The design and manufacturing of the HMK-CD4 Nano Particle Size Analyzer complies with international standards ISO13320 and ISO13321. It operates based on dynamic light scattering photon correlation spectroscopy. When particles of various sizes move in a liquid at varying speeds according to Brownian motion, the fluctuation of diffracted light detected by the particles is used to compute the particle size distribution. The testing is finished automatically by the computer analysis software.
The unit automatically picks the optimal test settings, such as channel number and delay duration. The HMK-CD4 Nano Particle Size Analyser is robust and reliable, with simple operation and a quick measurement speed. Measuring a sample takes only 2-5 minutes. Multiple automatic continuous testing improves test accuracy and repeatability.
The test results are saved automatically by the computer. The analysis report is easy to examine and print. HMK-CD4 has become the leading instrument for nanopowder manufacturing and research.
