The iNano nanoindenter is equipped with the InForce 50 actuator, designed for conducting nanoindentation and universal nanomechanical tests. With a 50 mN force capacity and a 50 µm displacement range, the InForce 50 empowers the system to perform a diverse array of tests.
For seamless nanoscale testing, the iNano incorporates the InView software, a modern and adaptable software package. This compact platform boasts a high-speed InQuest controller and a vibration isolation gantry within its enclosure.
Its versatility extends to the testing of a wide range of materials and devices, encompassing metals, ceramics, composites, thin films, coatings, polymers, biomaterials, and gels.
