HORIBA Scientific has launched new, advanced FHR 640 and FHR 1000 spectrometers that deliver high resolution, precision and speed. The FHR is versatile enough to be used across a broad spectral range covering from UV to IR, and has been developed for researchers who need high precision with instant results. The new, improved FHR technology builds upon more than 10 years of testing by analytical and industrial experts at HORIBA.
The cast body design of the system protects against temperature-induced expansion and stress and eliminates major signal loss or wavelength shifts, thus promoting high performance.
The direct grating drive has more than 300 nm/second of grating speed. This aspect enables users to reduce the time taken for experiments. The FHR spectrometer features automated slits as well as a wavelength drive that is fully automated. It comes in multiple spectrograph and monochromator configurations and provides a dual field at the exit for array detectors. The instrument can be used with an entire range of accessories available from HORIBA Scientific.
The FHR spectrometer is a long focal length instrument and suitable for conducting rapid acquisitions with high quality results.
