High Productivity Rock Bolt Rig - Boltec LD
Atlas Copco offers Boltec LD, a fully mechanized rock bolting rig that is exclusively designed for roof heights of approximately 12 m and for bolt lengths ranging from 1.5 to 6 m. A direct control system in the unit enables positioning, bolting and drilling operations. In addition, the rig is equipped with the COP 1132 short, high-frequency hydraulic rock drill for performing bolt-hole drilling tasks.

Direct control system ensures improved productivity and accuracy and also provides anti-jamming protection for enhanced drill steel economy.
MBU bolting unit allows fully mechanized bolt handling for increased productivity; it carries 10 bolts in its carousel and controls all generally used bolts in the 1.5 to 6 m range.
COP 1132 hydraulic rock drill offers excellent penetration rate with superior drill steel economy.
