Hernon Manufacturing, Inc.

Hernon Manufacturing, Inc. was founded in 1978 as a custom formulator of adhesives and sealants. Soon after participating in a grant from the Department of Defense to develop sealing compounds, Hernon began producing products at a small facility in Queens, New York. The company rapidly gained acceptance as a supplier to the General Services Administration (Purchasing Agent for the US Defense Department) and many other defense contractors, due to the demonstrated high quality and performance of their products.
