HelixaPro Touch Top of the Range Precision Automated Torque Tester

The HelixaPro Touch is a premium torque tester that is controlled by a touchscreen console featuring VectorPro software. Designed for challenging applications where torque forces may be very small and accuracy is key, the HelixaPro is ideal when it comes to measuring the mechanical properties of various small components and assemblies used in medical devices, watches, cosmetics applicators, and bearings to ensure they meet strict quality criteria.

The HelixaPro Touch is user-friendly and, when paired with fixtures tailored to specific applications, provides an ideal solution for measuring torque in the range of 1 mN.m to 6 N.m. It has been designed for precision alignment between the torque sensor and drive motor. This, along with a counterbalanced crosshead that neutralizes the weight of a grip, guarantees optimal accuracy and repeatability, which is especially critical when conducting tests at extremely low torque levels.

It incorporates state-of-the-art electronics and a range of high-resolution precision Enhanced Torque Sensors (ETS).

The HelixaPro Touch has a user-friendly front panel, live torque and angle readings, and precise manual positioning of the rotary table using the multifunction controller. With colored LEDs providing visual cues to indicate the machine's status during testing, a seamless testing experience is ensured.

The HelixaPro Touch comes equipped with VectorPro testing software, allowing for the rapid and straightforward creation of step-by-step test routines that align with specific testing procedure requirements. Configured tests can be conveniently selected from the home screen at the click of a button.
